Because We Care

We ship all orders by USPS 2-Day shipping.


Warehouse operations are from:

8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday.

*Excludes holidays and weekends (Saturday - Sunday).


We do not offer overnight shipping. We do offer a "Rushed" shipping option and that just means that your order is priority here. All "Rushed" orders will be shipped off within 1-2 days and no later. Sometimes orders get backed up here and since we hand make everything it sometimes can take longer then usual to get your order but keep in mind "Rushed" orders are first in line.


A Few Short Steps

If you are trying to return something it must be within 15 days of purchase (on our website only). It also must be in good condition. It can not be broken or we will not be able to honor the refund. *However if it is broken you may still use our "Lifetime Warranty" and we will fix or replace it.

Please follow these steps before mailing it back to us:

  1. Place your items your wanting to return in a padded envelope. 

  2. Make sure you include your invoice or a paper with your first and last name (must match the name you use when ordering) and your order number. You can find your order number by signing back onto your account on our website.

  3. Take your package to your nearest USPS, FedEx or UPS. And have it mailed back to the return address above.

  4. Once we receive your return we will process it and issue the refund to the method that was used on file.

Returns after 15 days will not be honored to our 100% money back guarantee. Returns made after 15 days will be given the choice of a "store credit" only. Store Credits do not expire and can be used freely to anything you would like to use it on on our website.

What we cover under our "Lifetime Warranty".

All Jewelry from Lauren Kenzie comes with our "Lifetime Warranty". This warranty covers just about anything from breakage, tarnishing, missing stones. However we do not cover the following lost, stolen, missing pendants.

We do not charge anything at all to fix or replace your damaged jewelry. All we ask in return is to cover the shipping to and from us. We do not pay any shipping cost. 

You must use the link below to start your warranty process. We will not handle any warranty claims if you direct message us. We will refer you back to the "warranty claims" page.


Your Information Is Safe with Us

All of your data name, address and other personal information is never sold or giving out to anyone. This information is only used to be able to look up your orders and for shipping.   

All card info stored or saved on your account with us is not viewable and we can only see the last 4 digits of your card info. This is so that we can validate your card in the case of a return or a dispute.
